Brian's Ordination
On Sunday evening January 6, 2008 at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, by the grace of God Brian was ordained as a Teaching Elder in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America) denomination. He was also installed as Assistant Pastor in the church. Pastor Tony Felich (Senior Pastor of Redeemer) did a great write up afterwards explaining what an Elder is, you can read it here. This was such an exciting event and it was a great pleasure to have Brian's Dad Hank and Jayne as well as the Jones (Sally, Roger and Sarah) come out to celebrate this event with us. I am thankful to all those at Redeemer for coming out for the night. Big thank you to Jay Bennett and his family for driving up so Jay could preach the sermon.
